Should you have long-term storage in mind, discounted, long-term contracts can be negotiated. Our procedures require a minimum of 1 month lease.

Our facilities have two floors and are accessed from outside. We openly invite you to come and inspect the units yourself.

We aim to be 100% transparent with no hidden surprises or costs and thus you can expect the following paperwork and payments prior to your move:

1. You will have to sign a lease with supporting FICA Documentation. (Copy of valid RSA ID / passport with proof of current residential address.) Please note that Fica documentation or Driver's licenses alone will not be sufficient. A valid RSA ID or passport is required for primary identification.
2. One Month refundable deposit and 1st month Rental due on signature of contract.
3. Supply own padlock.
4. 30 Days written notice is required to vacate your unit to prevent a handling fee of 10% being levied.
5. In case of a cancellation after deposit and booking has been made, an administration fee of 10% will be deducted from deposit.

Please note that rent is thereafter due on or before the 1st of every month via debit order or EFT.
Please ensure that you have adequate insurance for all goods stored.
